This is a static marketing site. The only personal information we receive is what you choose to send us through the contact form: your name, email address, the subject category you selected, and your message. We do not require account creation and we do not set tracking cookies of our own.
We use Google Analytics to understand aggregate traffic patterns (page views, referrer, country, device type). Google Analytics may set its own cookies; you can opt out via the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
We use Google reCAPTCHA v3 on the contact form to reduce spam. Use of reCAPTCHA is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Contact form submissions are emailed to support@azdecisionscience.com via SendGrid so we can reply to you. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Email correspondence is retained for as long as it serves a legitimate business purpose (responding to your inquiry, ongoing engagement records). You may request deletion at any time by emailing support@azdecisionscience.com.
Our desktop software (such as PII Anomalyzer) operates entirely on the user's own machine and does not transmit document content, telemetry, or analytics to us. Each product has its own privacy details on its dedicated site.
