Refund Policy

Software products

Our software products are offered with a free trial so you can evaluate them before purchasing. Once purchased, software licenses are non-refundable except in the following cases:

  • The software fails to operate as documented and we are unable to resolve the issue within 14 days of your support request.
  • You request a refund within 7 days of purchase and have not used the licensed product in production.

Refund requests for individual products are also subject to the policies of that product's site (e.g., piianomalyzer.ai), which control where they conflict with this page.

Consulting and modeling engagements

Consulting fees follow the milestone, deposit, and cancellation terms set out in the signed Statement of Work for the engagement. We do not issue refunds for completed milestones; cancellation fees for in-progress milestones are pro-rated based on hours worked at the time of cancellation.

How to request a refund

Email support@azdecisionscience.com with your order or engagement details and a brief description of the issue. We aim to respond to all refund requests within two business days.
